Cancellation Policy

A full refund minus a 20% processing fee will be issued if notice of cancellation is received 15+ days in advance of the event or program.

Refunds of 50% will be issued if notice of cancellation is received 8 – 14 days in advance of the event or program.

No refund will be issued if notice of cancellation is received 7 or less days before the program. Please contact Montana Audubon to discuss options for transferring registration fees.

Montana Audubon reserves the right to cancel events, workshops, festivals, trips, camps, etc., that do not meet minimum registration requirements. If Montana Audubon cancels an event, you will be notified prior to the start of the event or program. A full refund will be issued within two (2) weeks of the cancellation date.
